\u7684\u6ee4\u5149\u5668\u3002\u68c0\u6d4b\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u5206\u5b50\u5438\u6536\u8fc7\u6ee4\u540e\u7684\u5149\uff0c\u4f7f\u5206\u5b50\u9707\u52a8\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u8109\u51b2\u90fd\u4ea7\u751f\u538b\u529b\u6ce2\u3002\u8fd9\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u5149\u58f0\u6548\u5e94\u3002\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7075\u654f\u7684MEMS\u58f0\u5b66\u68c0\u6d4b\u5668\u68c0\u6d4b\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u8154\u5185
